Pi Day
March 14, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th, or 3.14.
Pi (Greek letter “π”) is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159.
At Barstow’s, we celebrate with something else that is round and constant. Constantly delicious that is! Pie!
Enjoy a slice of homemade pie with a scoop of local Maple Valley Creamery ice cream or a stick of Cabot Creamery Cooperative Seriously Sharp cheddar!
March 14 is for celebrating the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter… but also your neighborhood bakery’s homemade pies!
Looking to place a special order for a pie? We are always accepting custom bakery orders. Visit, call, or email us to place yours!
Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery and Barstow’s Longview Farm is owned and operated by sixth and seventh generation Barstow’s. Nestled at the base of Skinner State Park and right alongside the Connecticut River, the dairy farm has been a part of the landscape since 1806.
Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery offers homemade baked goods and pies, lunch from local ingredients, farm fresh produce, farm raised beef, ice cream, and scenic views of protected farmland from the porch and dining room. This family friendly store is open daily year round. Come meet your neighborhood dairy farmer!
